Cottage Amálka in Maršov nad Metují

Cottage Amálka is located in the small village of Maršov nad Metují with 20 permanent residents, not far from the well-known tourist destination, the town of Broumov and Adršpašsko - the Teplické rocks. The cottage is located in a valley next to the river Metuje, where natural swimming is available. After crossing the hill, you can take many trips on foot and by bike from there. Probably the best-known tourist destination is the Broumovský Monastery, which has undergone extensive reconstruction and has a breathtaking monastery garden with a bowling alley, woodshed and gallery. Then there are the Adršpašské rocks, where you will have a unique view of rock formations, a lake and extraordinarily beautiful nature. The cottage has a large garden with a sitting area, a fireplace and a grill. There is a restaurant, a shop and a swimming pool within three kilometers.

Length of stay

We offer a choice of different lengths of stay depending on the season. During the summer season and New Year's Eve, the duration is 1 week, always from Saturday (from 4:00 p.m.) to Saturday (until 10:00 a.m.). In other seasons, you can also rent for 2 nights.

Payment
​

The guest is obliged to pay the payment for renting the cottage in cash or by bank transfer before boarding, namely:

  • 50% no later than 5 days after confirmation of the reservation by transfer to the lessor's account.

  • 50% additional payment 21 days before the start of accommodation by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.

  • refundable deposit in cash upon arrival: CZK 3,000

 

In the case of a last-minute order, we will handle all payments upon arrival.

According to the Sales Registration Act, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, he is obliged to register the received sales with the tax administrator online; in the case of a technical failure, within 48 hours at the latest.

Cancellation of stay by the customer
​

The customer may withdraw from the contract according to the confirmed order of stay within the framework of his relationship with the accommodation provider only for serious reasons and exclusively in writing. When withdrawing from the contract concluded on the basis of the confirmed order, the customer is obliged to pay the cancellation fees to the accommodation provider:

​

  • cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: 50% of the accommodation price

  • cancellation within 60-0 days before arrival: 100% of the accommodation price
